Reporting copyrighted material

4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information above is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and notify the party who posted it.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We will forward it to the original complainant, who then has 10–14 business days to pursue legal action before the material is restored.
